How to order
When you see something you like, click the buy button. If you want more than one of anything, enter the number in the "Qty" boxes on the left hand side. Click "Update" to see a new total cost. When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to the checkout by clicking "Checkout". Follow the checkout process, and shen you have finished we'll give you a receipt number, which you can print as your receipt. We'll also email it to you.

Payment method
We have made payment as easy and convenient as you could want it. We have provided you several different methods to pay for your order:

Use your credit card online
By far the most convenient method of payment, we will accept your Visa, Diners Club, MasterCard, American Express and Bankcard payments through our easy to use and secure payments system.

Voucher
If you are lucky enough to have our voucher, simply fill in your Voucher Number.

Phone, Fax or Post a Cheque
If you would prefer to complete your purchase offline, our customer service staff are more than ready to help you. You will be given a Receipt Number, which you will need to complete your order. To post an order, you will be given a letter containing your order details to print out, fill in with your credit card or cheque details and post to:

Delivery method
We offer a fast courier service. You can choose one of delivery methods, depending on your budget and the urgency with which you need your purchase delivered. When you choose a delivery, When it will arrive takes into account whether each item is in stock, the delivery time to your destination, and weekends. In general it will take between 3-4 working days.

Return policy
We understand there's only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen.That's why you can return any purchases within 30 days and get your purchase price back, no questions asked. We only require that the product be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories. We will also need your receipt.
If your purchase was damaged when you received it, we'll send you an undamaged one freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us so that we can assess it.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order to us, please contact one of our customer service staff immediately. We process orders quickly, so please contact customer service as soon as possible if you want to make changes. Please note that once an order has left our warehouse, it regrettably cannot be cancelled (But you can return it if you wish).
